  • There is a $25.00 fee for each full hour or prorated for each one-quarter hour of support between 9am - 5pm Central Standard Time with a minimum $6.25 per call.
  • There is a $50.00 fee for each full hour or prorated for each one-quarter hour of support between 5:01pm - 8:59am Central Standard Time with a minimum charge of $12.50 per call.

** If the call resulted from a software-related problem, no charge will be assessed.
