Troubleshooting How-To's
How to administer the TOEIC® test on a Windows® 2000 or Windows® XP computer.

On a test machine using Windows® 2000 or Windows® XP, a test user must have full administrator permissions during the time of the test. This allows the TOEIC® test program to create and save the test data file. If the user does not have administrator permissions, the test data will not be written to the local machine and the user's test will be lost.

Check with your IT support person prior to administering the test if you are unsure of the current user's permissions.
