Dizziness
  Case 1 A 26-year-old male seen for evaluation of dizziness.
 
Dysarthria
  Case 1 A 59-year-old male brought into the emergency room with sudden onset of left hemiplegia and dysarthia. All inquires will be directed to his wife.
 
Dyspnea
  Case 1 A 3-year-old girl with breathing difficulty.
  Case 2 A 76-year-old male with dyspnea on exertion.
  Case 3 A 27-year-old woman presents to the emergency department with wheezing and difficulty breathing. She is only able to speak in short sentences.
  Case 4 A 40-year-old African-American female presents with trouble breathing and feeling very hot.
