Extremity Pain
  Case 1 A 32-year-old woman seen in the office for evaluation of hand pain.
  Case 2 A 16-year-old male high school student seen in the office for evaluation of painful swelling of the left leg.
  Case 3 A 3-year-old boy seen in the emergency room. He has pain in all four limbs and a swollen right eye; the mother reports loss of appetite and increased irritability.
  Case 4 A 30-year-old female who noticed sudden onset of swelling of her left leg.
  Case 5 A 30-year-old female being seen for evaluation of pain in her wrists and proxiaml inter-phalangeal joints. She also complains of mild fatigue.
  Case 6 A 50-year-old man presents to a family practitioner's office because of knee pain.
  Case 7 A 74-year-old white male is brought to the emergency department by his family for a three-day history of right knee pain and mental status changes.
