Shortness of Breath
  Case 1 A 71-year-old male seen for progressive shortness of breath.
  Case 2 A 52-year-old female seen for severe shortness of breath.
  Case 3 A 25-year-old female complains of shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat.
  Case 4 A 61-year-old male seen for evaluation of shortness of breath.
  Case 5 A 88-year-old male, being seen for evaluation of shortness of breath.
  Case 6 A 54-year-old woman presents to the emergency department of a county hospital because of worsening shortness of breath and fever.
  Case 7 A 28-year-old white male, presents to the emergency department, complaining of shortness of breath for the last two hours. It is 6 PM. Patient is subsequently admitted to the hospital.
 
Stroke
  Case 1 A 53-year-old female admitted to the hospital for evaluation of trouble speaking, drooping right side of face, and weakness in right arm.
