Logging In to the Case
- Your login name and password will be provided by your administrator/instructor.
- Your password is CASE SENSITIVE! Make sure to enter your password EXACTLY as given by your administrator/instructor.
- After entering your login name and password, DO NOT PRESS ENTER or RETURN. Always click the Enter button with your mouse.
- If you are entering a case for the first time, click the "Start" link at the bottom of your screen to enter the case.
- If you have previously logged into a case but didn't complete it, click the "Continue Case" link at the bottom of your screen to re-enter.
If you have finished your case and log in again, you will see either:
- Review Results... Click this link to view an online evaluation of you work.
OR
- Case Completed: Please Close This Window to Exit.
NOTE: Once you have completed a case, you cannot re-enter it with the same login name and password. If you wish to redo the case, please contact your instructor/administrator about setting up a new login name and password for you.
